Provincial Life, Tarlac Trip

by - April 15, 2017

What is the first place will come into your mind when you're hungry and at the same time travelling up north?
TARLAC!

BRIEF HISTORY

Tarlac's name is a Hispanized derivation from a "talahib" weed called Malatarlak.
The province is located at the center of the central plains of Luzon and surrounded by several mountains. Main languages used were Kapampangan and Ilocano.

Tarlac is the usual bus stop for commuters travelling North Luzon and a lot of bus lines can be seen at Siesta and Motorway along McArthur Highway.

HOW TO GET THERE?

By Bus:
If your coming from Manila, there are bus lines operating to get you to Tarlac like Five Star and Victory Liner.
Fare: more or less P250.00 (one-way)

Tarlac have something to offer for travellers and tourist and not merely a stopover place. My family and I decided to go Gerona, San Jose and Tarlac City for some family roadtrip.

Tarlac City

Gerona, Tarlac

Gerona, Tarlac is a first-class municipality of Tarlac province passing McArthur highway.
Never missed the chance to dine in a unique themed restaurant in the middle of the highway if your going to the North.
