Tops is owned by Emro Holdings Inc. but some say, it was owned by the 4th President of the Philippines, Sergio Osmeña where Tops is his heliport and that helipads lined up there. This is why Osmeña Residence is just along the way to Tops.

Tops is situated 2,000 feet above sea level and the highest point of the Busay Mountain which is a famous and an excellent sight-seeing spot offering the most breathtaking view of Cebu City and the islands of Mactan and some islands surrounding Cebu. Tops is open 24 hrs where kiosks are available for daytime picnics and instant evening parties. The best time to go here is before night so you can see the difference of it view during day and night time.

How can you get to TOPS?

a. The best way to get there is that you must have your own vehicle and make sure that your car is in condition to handle very intricate slopes of Busay Mountain.

b. To hire a taxi, at this situation you must use your bargaining skills to taxi driver to avoid a very expensive ride just to get there. It would cost you more or less Php 400-800.00 (two-way).

c. This is the cheapest ride, is to ride a motorcycle (habal-habal) from J.Y. Square Mall at Lahug but safety is a bit compromised since roads up there are really steep and slopes like you’re riding in a roller coaster. They charge about Php 80-100.00 (one way).

d. And if you really on a tight budget and want to relish the surroundings, the last option is to go on hiking! Don’t worry, it is good to everyone’s health but the disadvantage of it was it takes so much of your time and energy.
